Date for Formal Presentation to SD Tourism Announced

April 8th at 10:30 am will be our opportunity to formally introduce SD Pro Rodeo Team to the South Dakota Tourism board. We look forward to a very productive meeting with Jim Hagen and his staff.

Wish us luck as we seek to merge our professional rodeo stars with tourism's goals to promote South Dakota and its many vacation destinations, including South Dakota's many rodeos, to the rest of the world.

Another Team Fundraiser at SDRA Rodeo

We hosted another successful silent auction with the many donated items we've accumulated during the SDRA membership rodeo March 25 and 26 in Rapid City. We had a very lively auction process through the second performance on Saturday night and were able to raise another $800 in seed money to help with expenses.

Black Hills Stock Show Booth

Team SoDak was the talk of the Black Hills Stock Show in its first public appearance. South Dakota WNFR contestants: Jesse Bail, Todd Suhn, Jake Rinehart, JJ Elshere, and Lisa Lockhart all donated personal items for silent auction which generated nearly $2,000 in seed-money. Joe Gunderson joined this group for several autograph signing sessions. Rodeo fans showed great support of the team concept and hundreds signed signatures of support for Team SoDak.
